Processing Prices
         

Each deer is cut to order insuring you get only your meat back! Multiple deer dropped off will have multiple tickets since each deer is cut individually.

         

All regular processing includes the following:

  • Skinning and washing of deer
  • Steaks - regular or tenderized
  • Roasts
  • Back strap -- whole or sliced
  • Tenderloins - whole or steak
  • Burger - with or without beef tallow
  • Chili meat
  • Vacuum packing
  • Boxing and freezing
 

Abilene Facility Base pricing per animal:

  • Whitetail Deer - $120.00
  • Axis Deer - $150.00
  • Mule Deer - $150.00
  • Wild Hogs - $150.00
  • Elk - $350.00
  • Buffalo - $500.00

Caping for mounting: $50.00
Gut Charge (if we have to gut it): $60.00
